  • Certificate III / IV In Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or Equivalent Or Higher

  • Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) Or Reference Letter from Current

  • Institution (If Currently Studying)

  • Flu Vaccination Certificate/ Confirmation

  • Covid Vaccination Certificate/ Confirmation

  • One Passport Size Photo

  • Professional indemnity and public liability combined insurance

  • Personal accident and illness
